As studio owners for over two decades, we understand the constant fight from year to year to get and retain students.    From our school's humble beginnings in our neighborhood garage, we fought our way through the ups and downs of studio life until we were able to finally develop a successful school with multiple locations.

The road was not easy!  Over the years we found one of the main reasons we struggled with student retention was due to our teachers and the curriculum being taught.  While some teachers were excellent, others were not.  Let's face it..."Not all teachers are created equal."

We also struggled with never being able to give our beginning "money-making" programs the time they needed, due to the constant pull from other areas of our school.

 

After years of battling with student retention, teacher quality and lack of funds, we developed a solution to our problem with the development of the Train2Dance program. 

 

Train2Dance gives curriculum and training programs to teachers and schools that will help their programs and teachers thrive.  Our easy to follow curriculum can be handed over to teachers, giving studio owners more time to focus on other areas of their business.

 

We take the guesswork out of class planning with set class curriculum that changes monthly, keeps the students engaged and your classes growing. 

 

Even teachers with very little teaching background can be successful by following our programs and teaching our curriculum.
